4 tsp. cornstarch

2 tsp. less-sodium soy sauce

1 tsp. toasted sesame oil

4 scallions, finely chopped

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced crosswise

1 large clove garlic, minced

2 tsp. grated fresh ginger

1 lb. broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces

1 large red bell pepper, cut into squares

1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro

2 c. hot cooked brown rice
